Dinner Date outfit post
Going for an early Dinner at Pizza Express, Greenwich then for a few drinks.
Need to be comfy, but still dressed up enough, not to get ID - this happens alot to me.. Im 28! suppose its becoming a compliment
Blue HighWaisted Jeans - Next
White Shirt with blue bow - Vero Moda (USC)
Customised Wedges - CherryBomb-Boutique
Pearl Earings, Pearl Broch - Primark
Was having a... not so much bad hair day... but stroppy hair day! I have short shoulder length hair and its flat I really 'Dislike' it. So I have no option but to have it up! I pinned in some clip in extensions and back combed until I physically could no longer get a comb through me hair.
I am hoping to get some extensions soon. Really excited just dont know where to get them done?

Outfit post
It was my dads 50th this year so me and my brother organised a surprise party for him, and here is what I choose to wear to the family event
You really have to forgive me, I really am not photogenic! but I just had to post this outfit, it was a great find.
I have been on the look out for the perfect peplum for ages! I suppose I found it, but there was always so many to pick I kind of got lost, and some I found a little too short for me.
This electric blue peplum was a last minute grab from primark, at just £10 I didnt even try it on! just had to que for around 30minutes at the till! (sort it out primark - whats the point of all them empty tills?)
The belt, I found under my bed, from primark originally. and the Bag and Shoes were from CherryBomb-Boutique
I love the pop of pink with the electric blue, I kept my hair and makeup subtle and choose a bright pink lipstick. I wasnt sure on the pearl collar as I wasnt sure I was pushing the detail. But I went with it anyway.
Do you think the collar was to much? what about the pink episodes?

CherryBomb-Boutique Logo
If you have been following on twitter, facebook or reading my blog, you will know I am in the process of setting up my Customised shoe website.
I was selling my shoes via my facebook, twitter and Getthrifty website, but I wanted more! I wanted branding, I wanted an independent website, I just wanted the best start for my shoes!
Sitting here watching TV the name CherryBomb popped into my head! and there it is - the perfect name, I didnt want to limit myself to shoes by calling it CherryBombShoes so I went for boutique this will in the future give me room to grow designing bags and accessories.
I asked a few logo designers what they would design for me, and I didnt like any of them! (sorry) every designer sent me the same 'a cherry faded into the background'. it just didnt resemble my personality or my shoes.
I googled, I googled and I googled more! until I found a designer I loved! I emailed the rightful owner and she agreed to create a logo for me!
A brief description of me and my shoes and she created the worlds most perfect logo for me!
What do you think? I dont think anyone else would have got this design so perfect! I love it! I cant wait to have it printed in my shoes, on my shoe boxes and tags.

Custom design Shoes
I sent out a tweet recently asking if any bloggers would like to experience my bespoke shoe design.
When Simon from Luv4Fashion got in touch to create a pair of sparkly shoes for his wife Elaine, I was very excited - yet nervous as he pretty much let me run wild with the design. We discussed a few possible designs and came up with a Red Sparkly Shoe, with the use of Silver.
I decided to go for an extended Silver heel, whilst covering the main shoe in Red Sparkle. once completed I added some gorgeous Red Ribbon bows with tiny pearl beads to the back of the shoe
I sent Simon the finish pictures and his reponse was the best I could have asked for, I sigh of relief!
Im happy to add a new creation to my portfolio http://www.getthrifty.co.uk/userimages/procart30.htm
I cant wait to read Simons Blog post and see what his wife thought of her personalised Shoe. Maybe I will name the Shoe after her (only if she loves them of course )

Dylon Flamingo Pink Dye Jeans
I bought these jeans around 2/3 years ago from Republic, I wore them once then put them in the wash and.....
Im not sure what happened? but something happened?
Brown pataches appaired all over the jeans?
~So after two years of sitting in my drawer, unable to chuck away a brand new pair of jeans! Lightbulb moment!!! 'Dylon'
Im seeing colourful jeans all over the place, and to be honest im not sure if they are really me! so what better way to experiment then with some old jeans!
Dylon, Have this gorgeous fantastic colour called 'Flamingo Pink'
You add the dye to the washing machine along with 500g of 'Table' salt add the fabric (one pair of jeans)
Wash on 40' and then run another wash along with some detergent at another 40' Remove jeans and hang out to dry. (wash machine with some detergent to give it a clean - although I forgot, and the next day I washed White towels! - of all things! but luckily they were perfectly fine! - although washed on a 60')
These are wet, so lighter and darker shades appear for the dryer parts. I will update the picture, once ironed :) and I cant wait for an outfit post wearing these! what a great way to revitilise old jeans! and also keep on trend a little cost!
Have you ever used Fabric dyes? I feel I was brave with my colour choice, but Im so happy with them Im in Love!
